I had left Texas in the fall of 2009 and, since leaving, I have felt so disconnected from the spiritual path I was so happy to have found. Finding a coven similar to the one that I am now a virtual part of, is pretty much impossible. With all that is going on though in our world, I need to stop feeling so scattered. So…
First step is going to be to start back at the beginning and refresh my knowledge of the craft. I have already started this process by obtaining electronic versions of some of the physical books I had been studying. I will get back to my full practice eventually. During this process, I do need to clear all of the negativity from the places where I spend my time (in other words, declutter).
As an empath, working in a hospital, and in IT (no surprise); I need to look more into the means to either block or reduce the effect of the emotional onslaught I deal with daily. Family does not seem to recognize the need to isolate myself sometime to balance my mental strength.
Working to get to this point and finding this blog once again has allowed me to the means to find out where I was to know where to be again.
